Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Salesblasters OÜ collects and uses personal data when you visit tech4prop.com (the “Website”) or contact us about our services. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Salesblasters OÜ, registry code 16833676, Tornimäe tn 3/5/7, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”), which operates tech4prop. For any privacy question or request, contact business@tech4prop.com.
This policy covers the Website and pre-contract enquiries. Personal data processed when you use the platform (for example, data about your traders) is governed by your platform agreement and its data processing terms.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect:
- your name and work email address;
- optionally, your Telegram handle or phone number and your company or project name;
- your business stage, the trading platforms you are interested in, and your message;
- any further information you choose to share in later correspondence or calls.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as health data) or payment card details through the form.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: IP address, browser type, requested pages, referrer and timestamps, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the Website, keep it secure and investigate abuse.
- Spam protection: if enabled, our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to verify that the form is submitted by a person.
- Enquiry context: when you submit the contact form, we also receive your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city, region, country), your browser and device type, time zone and language, how you reached the Website (referring site and campaign parameters such as utm tags), and how you used the page during that visit (time on site, sections viewed and scroll depth). This is held only in your browser's memory while you are on the page — nothing is stored on your device — and is sent to us only if you submit the form. We use it to filter spam and to understand and prioritise enquiries.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on the Website. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|

| Keeping the Website and form secure, preventing spam and abuse | Legitimate interest in protecting our systems (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Sharing your enquiry with our technology partner so it can prepare and conclude the platform agreement | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Concluding and performing a contract if you become a client | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Accounting, tax and other legal obligations; establishing or defending legal claims | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
We do not send newsletters or marketing campaigns unless you separately opt in, and you can object to any follow-up at any time. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- Hosting: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and server logs);
- Email: Google (Google Workspace), which hosts our inbox and delivers form submissions to it;
- Our technology partner: the company that provides the platform and with which the platform agreement is concluded (named in our Terms of Use). When you ask for a demo, proposal or onboarding, we share your contact details and enquiry so it can prepare and conclude that agreement. It uses this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy;
- Spam protection: Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile), if enabled;
- Lead management: the spreadsheet or CRM tool we use to record and follow up enquiries;
- Partners you ask us to involve: for example, legal, incorporation, payment or liquidity partners, only when you ask us to introduce you;
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities where we are legally required to disclose data.
Our service providers act as processors on our instructions and under data processing terms.
5. International transfers
Some providers (such as Vercel, Google and Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate supplementary measures. You can request more information by contacting us.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of the contract and afterwards as long as needed to meet legal obligations (accounting documents are kept for 7 years under the Estonian Accounting Act) or to handle claims.
- Server and security logs: according to our hosting provider's retention, typically no longer than 30 days.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
- restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on contract or consent;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests — and you can object to direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, email business@tech4prop.com. We will respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee. You may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and server-side validation of form input. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
9. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
